The change the data center made yesterday, is that we asked them to use Lumen for routing the data, based upon the trace route we gave them showing Cogent being used. We think the change they made was probably specific to your IP. And confirms, that Lumen ultimately is providing a better path of communication to your location rather than Cogent.
