One other recent issue from Rithmic is that they will keep disconnecting and reconnecting if you have any symbols that are not correct for them.

Select "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service" to update your chart's symbols to what is needed for Rithmic. If you still have an issue after that, then take a look at the areas called out at the following link to see if there are other symbols that may be causing you an issue:
