The only way to do this would be to add another Volume study and set the colors both to be "Black" and then make the width of those bars 1 or 2 sizes larger than the width of the other Volume bars. You would then need to make sure that the Black volume study is set to the same region and that it is higher in the list of studies to graph, as that defines the order in which they are drawn, and you want that one to be behind the standard red/green volumes.
