You have symbols that Rithmic does not like. When this occurs, you get what you are seeing.

Start by opening your Chartbooks and selecting "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service". This will update the symbols to what is needed for Rithmic.

If you continue to have an issue, then go through your symbols and make sure that they are all set properly for Rithmic. The information for where to look for symbols is at the following link:
