I've gone through and finally got an entirely new sierra install set up to work with Rithmicm except I am not getting real time data, actually I'm not getting any price updates at all.

I am already subscribed to Denali and have verified my non pro status.

Please advise. Hopefully this will be my last support ticket for a long while.
