Due to how historical data requests work where there is a separate connection for each request, this can be a problem. So in your particular case, you need to set this setting: Sierra Chart Server Settings: CME Exchange Data Feed Server Address and Port Override (Global Settings >> Sierra Chart Server Settings >> General >> Special) and this following setting: Sierra Chart Server Settings: CME Exchange Data Feed Historical Server Address Override (Global Settings >> Sierra Chart Server Settings >> General >> Special) to: ds32.sierracharts.com This will not be needed, after about two weeks from now.
