We cannot control that. That is all controlled by BGP routing. We cannot eliminate Cogent from the route if that is how it's being routed. Try changing to a different ISP on your side. Your ISP, is who is controlling that. Not us. We have no control over that at all. And Cogent is not necessarily bad. Some users would be affected by de-peering they have done but most not. What users need to realize is that it is fully impossible, for us to ever guarantee complete reliability with communication over the public Internet. It is just simply impossible. And most problems users encounter, is not even attributable to the connectivity from our side. You are going to have problems at times. If you have ongoing issues look at changing your ISP.
