We see you are in Malaysia. This is the result of Internet connectivity issues we are having with one of our ISPs. We have two additional ISPs coming online in the next 24 to 48 hours. We have a temporary solution for you: Update to the current version which is 2643. Instructions: Software Download: Fast Update Set this setting: Sierra Chart Server Settings: CME Exchange Data Feed Server Address and Port Override (Global Settings >> Sierra Chart Server Settings >> General >> Special) to ds21.sierracharts.com There is a new setting in this new version that we added named: "CME Exchange Data Feed Historical Server Address Override" also set that to: ds21.sierracharts.com. This is an interim solution until we add two additional ISPs which we expect will be completed by morning. Follow up with again, for what you need to do at that time or you can stay with the settings for a week or so but they should only be used temporarily.
