Looks like this problem is resolved based upon normal latency and no packet loss at this time: At this time there is high latency and packet loss to the Sierra Chart Web server. And also DS13.
We have contacted Cogent about this overnight when the problem began. They said they are aware of the issue and working on it. This morning we contacted them again. They said this is due to a problem between Phoenix and Los Angeles, and Los Angeles to Las Vegas. The issue is with the ISP Lumen.
