We would not recommend setting any special DPI settings for Sierra Chart in the operating system compatibility settings: I copied the sierra chart folder from the old laptop to the new laptop. When starting sierra for the first time on the new laptop the fonts and graphics were all messed up (blurry / small size), so I used right click on sierra.exe "compatibility" -> "high DPI Settings" -> " High DPI scaling override -> system"
Instead just simply increase the font sizes as required: Graphics Settings: Fonts and Text Appearance And also simply increase the Line Widths of studies and chart bars as required. We definitely would not do any special scaling for Sierra Chart. No just do what we say above: - Would it make sense to install a fresh sierra chart on the new laptop to pick up the new laptop environment rather than using the folder copied over from the old laptop?
We are highly suspicious, of letting the operating system perform rescaling. We would never let the operating system do this. This is the only issue you see?: I have multiple charts open some in the foreground and some in the background. Intermittently for a fraction of a second the chart in the background shows up on the chart in the foreground and disappears again to the background.
