Hey, I am currently having an issue connecting my broker account to sierra. I would like to use the CME Futures - NYMEX Denali Data Feed, here is what I have currently done already. - Paid for service package 11 - Paid for denali feed data (NYMEX) - Accepted all relative agreements - Activated NYMEX Data ($12.5) My broker: Axi Trader I understand in order to use the data I must have a funded futures account with a broker (I have this). I understand that in order to activate everything I must connect my broker account with sierra as per the CME Groups rules for non pro traders. I use MT4 to place my place trades FYI. If someone could kindly help me figure out the solution and get me up and running? For reference, Axi Trader do not have their own platform to trade from hence why I use MT4.
