You would have to ask your broker for certain, as that error comes from CQG - we are just passing it along. But in general, what we can tell you that is that it is stating that one of a pair of OCO orders was not entered since the other order was rejected. In other words, since one of them could not be entered, both were not allowed. You would need to see if there is another message regarding why the other order was rejected.
