We are more surprised that what you did in the Spreadsheet Study worked. You are creating a Circular Reference, where ID9 depends on ID10 to be calculated, but ID10 requires ID9 to be calculated. You simply can not do this. You would need to redo the formulas such that you do not have this situation. As to why the Spreadsheet Study worked, we can not say.
