Hello- Two weeks ago I successfully set up Sierra Charts and had real time data populating my charts using the data provided from Sierra. Today (Monday 7/21/14) I am beginning a TopStep Trader combine and with the assistance of Topstep support connected the Sierra Charts to the Rithmic Trading data. I have a "green" bar in the upper right of the chart interface. However, the chart I bring up is not updated - the last price bar I see is from when I last disconnected about 10 days ago. Upon connection I get the following message in 2 boxes: "Symbol is unknown. Click for symbol information." "Download Failed." In my Sierra message log I see: "Connection Login Complete. Result text: "ok" " then later on ... HD Request # 2 - Error downloading historical Intraday data for CLU14. Unable to download historical data because the symbol is not valid / 2014-07-21 9:03:00 Please advise how I can get the real time data from Rithmic populating my price / trading charts.
