Hi John, Thanks for your time and support in responding. The movement of drawings issue SC has known about for years. I literally Locked drawings on a chart today and they bounced a large distance from where they were set after successive bars were printed. Not sure how old the platform is but it would appear to me that that specific & simple issue is not solvable within the current architecture. I went through all possibilities of the following signalling options that I thought would affect entry behavior using Range bars & Allow Multiple Positions in Spreadsheet System for Trading (SSFT). Source Alert. Evaluate on Bar Close, CHECKED/UNCHECKED Trading System Setting. Signal Only Once Per Bar, YES/NO Trading System Setting. Strict Signal only on bar Close Eval, YES/NO Row Reference on SSFT. Row 3/Row 4 All (16) combinations were parsed on Replay using the Calculate as Realtime option and all Charts in Chartbook included in Replay. I got to 25 combinations before stopping because I believe I've covered all possibilities with the most logical parameters that would affect behavior (aforementioned). I can also provide an exhaustive list of how they all behave. The original screenshot shows the signal fires twice. Again, having tried the aforementioned I have no idea why I cannot get it to function as it should. Also noteworthy is that I am not referencing whether other present Alert signals are = 1 as a constituent of the signal I'm attempting to execute with (which I wouldn't think would matter but wanted to mention); this is a standalone signal that references multiple subgraphs & checks for certain conditions in order to fire in a very typical manner. I'm simply looking for what parameter settings are needed in order to have it function as it should or else be told definitively that the functionality I am looking for does not currently exist & that logically I would be in the camp of hiring an ACSIL programmer for project work. I hope this has provided clarification to the topics considered above. Thanks! Date Time Of Last Edit: 2024-05-17 20:10:20
