Hi guys, What's the deal with the Spreadsheet System for trading. There are parameters to "Signal on bar close" in about 12 different places. I've spent 3 days trying to get a simple Color Background on Alert Condition to fire only ONCE on bar close, and I can't get it to fire ONCE to matter what I do. I've poured over the documentation ad nauseam about Signalling options. Look, I literally just want a market order once the bar closes. Not at the beginning of the bar, and not the next bar. Just the bar that closes. Signal Only Once Per Bar is set to Yes (uses row 4, I know) and Strict Signal Only On Bar Close Evaluation is also set to Yes, Evaluate On Bar Close is checked (set to Yes). Firing twice should be a strict impossibility. What's going on? Thanks If I use (reference) row 4 and turn off Strict Signal Only On Bar Close Evaluation then I get the two entries as shown in the screenshot. Also there are moving drawings all over my charts. You guys gotta fix this. |
