Please do the following: - Select "Analysis >> Build Custom Studies DLL" - On the window that comes up select "File >> Select Editor" and select "Yes" to the pop-up asking if you are sure. - On the window that comes up make sure the folder is set to the location where your notepad++.exe file is located. If it is not, then change the folder by selecting the "Folder" button. Select the correct folder for your Notepad++.exe file. - Select the Notepad++.exe file and then select the Open button. Then try to open the file you are wanting to edit. It should open in the Notepad++ executable you referenced above. You can use any editor you want and it can be located anywhere you want. You do not need to use the Notepad++ that is sent with Sierra Chart.
