There was a change some time ago where it uses Ctrl and Shift now. Refer to the following setting: Chart Settings: Extend Chart DOM Across Entire Chart When Using Ctrl(Buy) / Shift(Sell) (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Trading menu) There is not a built-in way to have the crosshairs only show when holding Ctrl or Shift.
