1. "sc.CurrentSystemDateTimeMS.GetSecond()" still rounds to the next second if milliseconds are above 500
This should be expected.

2. We will have to test later on, your other findings with sc.OnExternalDataImmediateStudyCall. Last time we tested this, it does work properly. We would expect occasional freezing of the user interface when the market is active when using this.
