There is some general/unknown performance issue and we do not know what it is. It is not something we can control. It is definitively an issue on your side and you need to troubleshoot it and find out what it is. Maybe it is a problem, with the file system and reading and writing a particular file. We do not know. This is definitively not the case at all: 5. This occurred recently ONLY. I believe you guys have done some work recently with the IB interface. Perhaps that is the problem.
There is no possibility of us being able to reproduce the problem and it is not a problem with Sierra Chart at all and we will not spend any time on this: 6. This is very important, please see if you can duplicate the problem.
