This is not a general performance issue because: 1. The CPU is at 12 % usage 2. This issue does not occur with any other datafeed except Interactive Brokers [trading]. It does not occur with SC data - All Services [data]. 3. This problem does not occur when the datafeed is disconnected. 4. I am a programmer myself, so I understand and can identify what the problem is. 5. This occurred recently ONLY. I believe you guys have done some work recently with the IB interface. Perhaps that is the problem. 6. This is very important, please see if you can duplicate the problem. Thank you. |
