Hi, It appears that the Global Cursor and Sierra Chart itself is freezing intermittently only when connected to the Interactive Brokers [trading] datafeed. I do have Denali datafeed for data, but just connect to Interactive Brokers datafeed for trading. This is something that only started occurring today. I was on version 2627 of Sierra Chart, and I decided to update to the latest version which is 2638, to see if it would help, but it is still happening. To duplicate this, have a number of charts open and then use the global cursor and go back and forth on a chart. It should freeze intermittently. This is a very serious problem because it means that any commands, including trading commands sent by keyboard shortcuts will not be immediately or reliably executed, because of the risk of sending the command twice because of a lack of response the first time. This issue is only occurring when Sierra Chat is connected to the datafeed, when it is disconnected there is no freezing. Thank you. |
