Sierra Chart does not handle the connections to the Rithmic system. That is done in the Rithmic software. Rithmic uses what is known as an API component: Http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/helpdetails76.html We wish they would not use these API components and we did try to convince them to use something else and hopefully that will come one day. So the connection is fully managed by Rithmic and we do not know what their API blackbox component does.
