update: "edit -> delete all data and download" seems to work, the data doesn't look weird / missing anymore
This is the correct procedure when you have missing data. but it only shows data since Mar 2018, although I set historical data to be 10,000 days; I'm guessing it's because the earliest symbol I can select when connecting to Rithmic is NQM.9CME (expired in June 2019)? When connecting to Teton CME, I could select contracts way earlier to NQZ96_FUT_CME.
Not sure if this is the difference between different trading services, or is there any setting I can adjust to make the data feed include earlier than 2018 data when connected to Rithmic? This is due to Rithmic only using a single digit for the year. So you are limited to 5 years of data in this case.
