The error in your log states the following in particular: Order Modification Reject. Text: Sell order stop price must be below last trade price.
Which means that you were trying to modify an order and tried to move it to a price that was above the last trade price. But this is different from the issue you state of "I will get out of position using either buy or sell limit order" and "the limit orders i am using to exit my position are not getting cancelled when i am flat". In general, if you have an open position and put in an opposing order to close it, the working orders will not be cancelled. You really need to use the Flatten and Cancel options to close everything out.
