On the NQ from NON AUTO SET FOR EXAMPLE TICK SIZE 1
and then back to Auto Set From Data Feed.... it does not like this , sometimes the wheel keeps spinning , Windows task manager reads Sierra Charts not responding...
Sometimes I just stop it and then restart sierra charts.

There can be a lot of calculations that need to occur when you change the tick size, so it could simply be a matter of waiting for everything to catch up.

We really recommend changing the "Volume at Price Multiplier" rather than Tick Size, if you are wanting to aggregate the Numbers Bars data into larger bins. Refer to the following:
Chart Settings: Volume at Price Multiplier for Historical/Intraday Chart (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Chart Data >> Volume at Price menu)

Try changing this and see if you have the same issue.
