First of all, you are trying to open a chart for MGC, which is traded on the COMEX exchange and you only have the CME exchange active. Therefore any data for symbols that trade on exchanges other than the CME will be delayed. As to the 14-17 second delay that you may be seeing for CME exchange symbols, this is due to your computer clock being off by 18 seconds from the clock of the exchange. This is from your log: Notice: Your computer's clock is off by 18 seconds. Set the 'Global Settings >> NTP Settings >> NTP Client Enable' to 'Yes' or 'Global Settings -> Set System Date-Time from NTP Servers'.
