I have used TradeStation, eSignal, Ninja, Ensign Windows and Ensign. I have liked and been with Ensign longest; but after using Sierra Chart for only several months at TransAct/Infinity I am switching to Sierra Chart for all of my trading. It is hands down the most complete and fastest of all except for one missing thing: Pyrapoint. Don Hall, who has been trading for well over 40 years, developed the Pyrapoint system and has written a great and detailed book about trading with the Pyrapoint method. Since reading his book years ago and using his system for years, I have gotten to know him. He does not have a trading room but does send emails to interested subscribers; at least once a week or more, Don backup up his Pyrapont principles with real market examples. But, what I am asking you here at Sierra Chart is: Why Pyrapoint is not part of Sierra Chart? Pyrapoint IS offered in eSignal, TradeStation, Ninja and Ensign/Wnsign Windows as a free tool. Don gave specs and permission to each of these companies on the tool and each has implemented it quite well. The only thing Don has asked is just use of the charting software with an unrestricted (non-payment) license for his computer. It has worked out well as all chart vendors have done this except Ninja which has reneged on the agreement while they still offer the Pyrapont tool to users of their charts. I am still using Ensign for my Pyrapoint, but can not use it on the Sierra Charts that I am trading from. I would consider it a big plus to me if Pyrapont were among the Sierra Chart tools. It would be one more selling point for Sierra Charts. I can tell you how to contact Don if you are interested.
