Please try the following for us:
- In the Main Instance of Sierra Chart, set the option for "Global Settings >> General Settings >> General >> Use Symbol Settings in New Instances when Started" to "Yes".
- Exit from all Sierra Chart instances.
- Restart Sierra Chart, and open the sub-instance.

Let us know if you are able to get the data properly or not in the sub-instance. If not, then please send us the log file again, as we want to see if you get the same error messages.
