The historical Intraday data for CQG will be delayed 10 minutes but there is a trick to get the missing 10 minutes. After being connected for 10 minutes to CQG, do a Delete and Download Data. This is explained in detail at step 17 here:

If it does not work correctly, then after you do this, post a copy of the Message Log by following these instructions:
