There is a discrepancy with your account and what is shown in your log that has us a bit confused. In particular, your log shows the following link: 2024-05-01 18:10:45.350 \| Enabled for exchange2: CME This indicates that you have the "CME With Market Depth for Non-Professional Accounts" exchange active. But your account shows that this is not the case. Please restart Sierra Chart and when you start it again use the "Forced Login" option.
