It does not make any sense that you are getting the NAS100 when you try to open a Futures symbol. Follow these instructions to open a chart for a particular symbol: Getting Started, Opening Charts and Basic Trading: Open A Chart You should be getting the Delayed Streaming Data for instruments traded on the CME Group, EUREX, or CFE exchanges along with any U.S. Equities. And you need to be able to connect your Sierra Chart to that account at least once a month for verification of your non-professional status.
