We cannot see a reason why this will not work from the Message Log. Could you please Update the Symbol Settings as explained here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_GlobalSymbolSettings.php#UpdateSettings After that reconnect to the data feed and go to the chart and select Edit >> Delete All Data and Download.
