Hello, I recently came back to Sierra Chart. I signed up for Service Package 11 and the Denali Real Time Data Feed. I've attempted to follow the instructions about connecting my AMP account once per month to prove non-professional status. I have not been successful in doing this. AMP provided me with live platform trading credentials - Trading Account #, Current Data Enabled (CQG no data order routing only) and a CQG Username. I am using my account number as the username as no username was provided by AMP. I am not sure what it is I am doing wrong. Any guidance is appreciated. Thanks! |
