Go to the chat window: File >> Open Chat Window. Go through each chat in the list on the left, and when you select the chat, on the top of the list of messages for the selected chat, will be the chat number. Is any of them 99? Also I have 2 group chats. And for some reason (not sure how to recreate this), when I edited the second group, it got renamed the name of the first group.
I'm also not able to get telegram notifications working even though I have Relay to Telegram set to Yes.
