This is definitely a server side error that AMP needs to help you with:

Symbol Error - FDAX-201409-Eurex is unknown, unavailable, or improperly formatted. FIX message: Product not assigned a gateway: Entry #1 | 2014-07-15 20:21:47

No matter how many times you re-download data, it is not going to change that error at all.

Although we see a problem with the downloading of the historical chart data.

We want you to do is select Global Settings >> Error Filter Settings. Set all of the % Variances to 0. Press OK.

After this go to the chart and select Edit >>Delete All Data and Download.
