You need to add this symbol in the Symbol/Product Limits tab for the account.

So you first need to edit the account:
- Select Trade >> Trade Accounts Monitor.
- In the list of accounts, select the account you want to edit.
- From the Trade Accounts Monitor window, select Manage >> Edit Trade Account.

And then add the symbol.
