We are not sure exactly what you are doing or how you have this setup, so we can not respond to the question of the crossing.

In terms of the study that is messing up the chart, that is because the data is close to zero. So the chart is trying to display the data at both 0 and 17393. You would have to look into how that other study is setup to determine why it is giving numbers close to zero. Another option would be to change the scale to Independent for that study, but this would probably defeat the purpose of what you are trying to use it for.
