Good morning, I am trying to place trades on the trade simulator and keep getting the following error: Order update (Order reject). Info: Trading Evaluator (Order reject). Info: Trade Order Error - Symbol not allowed for trading for account. Internal Order ID: 36. Service Order ID: 66. Symbol ZNM24. Account: jeff* This error occurs for all products that I have tried in CBOT - which I am subscribed to. I have followed the steps in the following link: Simulated Futures Trading Service I have created a new sim account, edited the funds, margins and commissions. I have "current selected service" set to Trading Evaluator [trading]. My sim account is selected in the trade window. My live broker account is connected to Sierra. Any ideas? Thanks so much! |
