It now looks like you are referring to your Order and Position lines. In this case, most likely what you are seeing in your Numbers Bars chart is simply that the price of the Target and Stop is beyond the scale of the chart. The Numbers Bars chart is typically very scaled in so you can read the numbers, therefore it is most likely that the Target and Stop are just outside of the view. Change your scaling to see if you can view the location of these items. And make sure you look to price where they are to be displayed.
