The only item in the log is a request to cancel an order, which Interactive Brokers could not find. This is from these lines:

We really need the information in the log from right when you place an order and it does not show up in TWS. If the log above is from this scenario, then there is nothing showing any issues. In which case, from the Sierra Chart perspective, the transmission went fine, so this would imply some problem on the Interactive Brokers side.
