We do not know. The formula looks correct. Are you getting a negative value for ID16.SG1 at the current bar? You can always use the "Color Bar Based on Alert Condition" or the "Spreadsheet Formula" to work out the pieces of an alert and see what might, or might not be occurring. For instance, you can add the Spreadsheet Formula to the chart and enter the formula "=ID16.SG1 < 0" (no quotes) and then see where that value is negative.
