The "Based On" needs to be set to the study that you want to color (we think you have this correct, but we do not know for certain). Then the "Output When Condition True" needs to be set to "Use Input Data". Then make sure that the Subgraph settings match the same as the study you are trying to color (i.e. it should be Bar and whatever width you have set on the other study).
