Make sure you are properly connected to your Interactive Brokers account by going through the Setup Instructions at the following link: Interactive Brokers Trading Service: Setup Instructions Then, make sure that you are not in Simulation Mode by ensuring that the option for "Trade >> Trade Simulation Mode On" does NOT have a checkmark next to it. Then try to submit an order to Interactive Brokers and if it does not work properly, then open your "Trade >> Trade Service Log" and post the contents of that log to this thread for us to review.
