Hello. I am attempting to connect with my Rithmic account through data/trade services in global settings. My username and password seem to connect fine however I seem to be stuck in this loop of waiting for the historical download to complete. I am attempting to load the CME NQ June futures contract charts. Not sure what is happening. The messages "Historical download complete", "waiting to download historical data", and "downloading historical data, bars may not appear until done" continually flash on my screen in rotation and the message log pops up continuously posting messages. |
