There are no changes that should have changed your font settings. We do not know why this has occurred to you. One option is to try and recover your settings from a backup of your configuration file (Sierra4.config). The "List Box Headers" are no longer used, but is still there for backward compatibility. 3. The Manage Chart Drawings window's button and header font is controlled by the "Control Layout Window" font settings. Just be aware that changes made to this item require that the window be closed and opened again for the change to take affect.
