Hello Support: Mr John I tested the trading in Sim Mode this morning and it is working fine with no problems. Also, in real-time trading, orders submitted with the Sierra Charts do not appear on the IB Dashboard. Therefore there seems to be a communication issue between IB and Sierra Charts regarding my account. I do not understand this and I need your help with this. Thank you. |
