This is the information about the problem we have received so far: Saturday night we worked with Juniper Networks technical support to bring up a backup firewall node which was down. That was successful. Then, when Juniper repeatedly attempted to clear a more minor issue, a process was hung on both firewall nodes which caused CPU to skyrocket. Since markets reopened yesterday, the increasing traffic caused intermittent failovers because of the CPU issues. The failovers would have been ok, but connectivity to Sierra Chart from the secondary node was not working (we are trying to figure out why).
