There are two things to do. First thing is to reset the Scales of the chart: Chart Scale and Scale Adjusting: Chart Bars or Studies Not Completely within View, Not Displayed, or Cut Off. Reset Scales. If you still do not see the price bars, then hide all of the studies. Make sure the Graph Draw Type for the main price graph is not actually set to Blank.
