The first issue is that you are on an older version and you need to update. The Delayed Streaming Data we have is no longer able to be used in the version you are running. Follow these instructions to update:

As to why you are getting Delayed data, this is due to the fact that you are on the "Base Advanced" package. The "Base" packages do not have support for the real-time data for the CME Group, just the delayed streaming data.

If you are wanting to access real-time data for the CME Group then you need to be on one of the "Integrated" packages to start with. Refer to the following:

And you also need to have a live, funded, futures trading account in order to qualify for the non-professional exchange fees for the CME Group. And you need to be able to connect your Sierra Chart software to that account at least once a month for verification. Refer to the following:

If you do not have an account that will qualify for the above, then refer to the solution outlined at the following link:

Once you have the above worked out, then you would go through the Setup Instructions at the following link to setup, activate, and pay for the real-time data for the CME Group:
